CEO Online-Club

Online club is a web-based training program designed to meet the needs of Sole Proprietors and others who own a small business, are starting a business, or who are in senior decision making roles for their business. Online Club is also an excellent option for CEO's and others who live outside the geographic area of an Estrada Strategies Franchise who want to learn more about business systems in a peer group setting.

Session Two = Group Coaching

Live interaction with other CEO's, Owners, and Executives
Share specific business challenge with the group and get ideas from peers
Discuss "Best Practices" with other business owners
Follow up on "Action items" implemented from Session One
